About the role
This full-time Accounts Assistant (Accounts Receivable) role with TeleChoice International Limited is located in the Pandan Crescent. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts receivable activities of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable
- Perform reconciliation of daily retail sales collection and assist in cash counting
- Prepare sales invoices, credit notes, release sales orders and ensure completion of billings
- Preparation of monthly statement of accounts and follow up on collection from customers
- Maintain and update cashbook and support cashflow forecast process
- Assist with month-end closing
- Support quarterly inventory stock count and reconciliation
- Support annual audit process
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance/accounting role
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and teamwork with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment indenpendently as a team player.
- Sound knowledge of accounts receivable principles and best practices
