1. Supervise a group of site staff, engineers.
2. Plan and organise daily work, execution of projects, prepare project schedule, milestone reports, submission and manpower planning.
3. Praticipate in the preparation of technical specifications, design requirements, conduct tender site show round for project works and contract management.
4. Ensure effective project management on the implementation of design, installation, testing and commissioning.
5. Control the use of site resources and overall project cost & also monitor and control wastage on site.
6. Ensure all installation engineers, workers/ sub-contractors work is completed in the allocated in the allocated time.
7. Ensure safety in the workplace through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements.
8. Review of contactor's resign submission, update of as-build drawing, attendance to site meeting / inspection
9. Liaise with office staff to assist in the resolving of queries, customers, subcontractors & suppliers
10. Provide suggestions for improvement of practices within the company Other duties as assigned
11. Resuly-oriented and able to deliver results for multiple projects under tight deadlines.
12. Prefer bilingual in communication in view to liaise with clients & consultants
13. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
14. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): autocad, Microsoft Office, driving
15. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
16. Those who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
