Job Description:
- Handles inbound calls from members of public
- Provide satisfactory explanation to customer and take remedial action where necessary
- Provide pro-active feedback to the customer to ensure that the committed ETA is respected
- Alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in contact centre environment and/or service-related industry
- Possess O level/Higher NITEC
- Able to converse with mandarin-speaking callers
- Able to converse in dialects is a plus but not mandatory
