Customer Care Officer (Permanent Part Time)

Jal Yoga International is a well established Yoga studio that has 6 studios around Singapore offering Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes an expanded to Malaysia, Indonesia, Dubai and Philippines. We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding class schedules, pricing, membership packages, and general studio information
Assist members with class sign-ups, check-ins, and cancellations using the Mindbody system.
Ensure all classes are running smoothly by monitoring attendance and resolving any booking conflicts
Assist Teachers with their Personal Training bookings and assigning rooms to avoid any clashes

Administratives & Membership Retention:
Sending Personalised Welcome Message after ensuring the Profile Completeness is done
Introduce yourself, share important policies: booking, waitlist, suspension, transfer, late cancellation and no show etc
Engage and build rapport to gather early feedback and provide supportOffer Jal Care kit for medical suspension
Track and prepare Birthday Cards
Maintain existing trackers using Google Sheets
Keep track of supplies and notify the manager when inventory levels are low


Requirements:

  • O Levels or Poly Diploma on any field
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role (experience in a wellness or fitness environment is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to commit either these hours;

  • Mon - Fri 4pm - 10pm
  • Weekends from 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • 6 days requirements a must
    or
  • Mon - Fri 7am - 3pm
  • Sundays from 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • 6 days requirements a must

Training will be provided.
