We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Managing Director to lead our team and drive our strategic growth initiatives.
Position Overview:
As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational management, and financial performance of Sea Hover Enterprises Pte Ltd. You will provide leadership to the executive team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise will guide the company in expanding its market presence and enhancing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
- Lead and mentor the executive team to foster a high-performance culture and accountability.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and align with the company’s mission.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers, and regulators.
- Analyze market trends and opportunities for growth, ensuring competitive positioning in the shipping and marine services industry.
- Manage company budgets, financial forecasting, and reporting to ensure sustained financial health.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all operational aspects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience, preferably in shipping, logistics, or marine industries.
- Proven track record of leading successful business operations and driving strategic initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance, and performance management principles.
- Familiarity with industry trends and regulatory frameworks within the shipping and marine sectors.
