Admin Assistant
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department.
- Managing calendars for directors and managers.
- Processing claims through Concur and managing shopping carts.
- Maintaining the MS Teams Site and SharePoint for the department’s SOP and organization chart updates.
- Supporting visitors, including meeting setups and meal/transport arrangements.
- Overseeing department training progress, stationery, and equipment needs.
- Organizing meetings, securing room bookings, taking minutes, and preparing slides and reports.
- Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, transport).
- Handling ad-hoc tasks and covering reception duties on a rotational basis.
- Attending monthly admin meetings and taking minutes.
Requirements
- Prior experience supporting Directors and Managers
- Skilled in minute-taking and travel coordination.
- Open to covering reception duties on an ad-hoc basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with Concur, shopping cart management, and meal arrangements is a plus.
