Account Duties:
- Order Entry Support
- Issues Sales Invoice
- Co-ordinate sales orders issued and matching to packing lists
- General Filing, matching of invoices and delivery orders
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Admin / Receptionist Duties:
- Administrative Work
- Assist in incoming and outgoing letters, mail, and sorting out mailers, etc
- Maintain / Top up stationery, office suppliers, etc
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and cleanliness
- General Filing
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Min 1 Year working experience
- Junior position
- Able to start work ASAP

Qualification:
- Relevant Nitec/ Higher Nitec or ITE Diploma qualifications
Others:
Transportation nearest MRT - Upper Thomson /Brighthill
