JOB DESCRIPTION
· Develop work plans and business strategies based on regional strategic objectives and specific operational targets and ensure their effective implementation.
· Gain insights into integrators and industry developments, identify value-added opportunities, refine business models and market approaches, and organize systematic market campaigns.
· Oversee and initiate Ops-Tech integration process for new and existing customers.
· Conduct clear assessments and strategic planning for integrators, the industry as a whole, and development in various regions to ensure continuous insight into specific business areas.
· Identify new business opportunities through inbound enquiries, ITQ, RFP and ITT; through procurement portals.
· Collecting and storing commercial information from various sources, responsible for compiling reports and presentations as required; prepare, maintain, and update customer files; assist in collecting and analysing commercial information.
· Track and maintain relationships with integrators, key projects, and clients in the industry, coordinate with relevant teams to achieve key business objectives.
· Meeting up with prospective and existing customers.
· Follow up promptly on Business and Sales Opportunities, involvement in drafting of quotations and submission of tender documents.
· Handle multiple tender projects.
· Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Head, Business Development and Quality Management.
Qualifications and requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in IT, engineering or security industry.
· More than 3 years of experience in project-oriented marketing in Security Systems integration companies or relevant industries.
· Have relationships with the top-tier clients in Singapore and management of leading SI companies in the security industry, preferred.
· Strong ability in customer development and project planning.
· Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Experience in Security Guarding is a plus
