1. Quality Management Systems (QMS):
- Assist in implementing, and maintaining QMS processes in alignment with ISO standards relevant to MAN Energy Solutions' products and services.
- Support the development, review, and update of quality documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and manuals specific to MAN Energy Solutions' operations.
2. Quality Assurance:
- Participate in establishing and ensuring adherence to quality assurance processes to guarantee compliance of MAN Energy Solutions' products and services with industry specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address identified quality issues promptly and effectively.
3.Quality Control:
- Help develop, refine, and implement quality control procedures tailored to monitor and evaluate the quality of MAN Energy Solutions' products throughout the production process.
- Reviewing blueprints and specification to compare to produced goods.
- Recording inspection results by completing reports and submit to customer timely. Summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database.
- Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements.
- Support in conducting inspections, tests, and measurements to verify product conformity and adherence to MAN Energy Solutions' rigorous specifications and standards.
- Collaborate on the analysis of quality data and metrics to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for continuous improvement in MAN Energy Solutions' manufacturing processes.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to MAN Energy Solutions' products and services.
- Assist in coordinating and participating in regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring compliance and maintaining necessary certifications for MAN Energy Solutions.
5 .Training and Development:
- Support the training initiatives by providing guidance to MAN Energy Solutions' employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Contribute to fostering a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement across MAN Energy Solutions' teams and departments.
6. Supplier Quality Management:
- Assist in evaluating and monitoring the performance of MAN Energy Solutions' suppliers/vendors based on established quality criteria and metrics.
- Support in the establishment and monitoring of quality agreements with suppliers/vendors to ensure consistent quality of incoming materials and components for MAN Energy Solutions' operations.
7. Leadership and Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with the QA/QC team and other departments within MAN Energy Solutions, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Contribute to fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a positive work environment to achieve MAN Energy Solutions' quality objectives and targets.
