The Role
To provide administrative support for academic sponsorship, training sponsorship (external learning projects) and leadership and management programmes for IHH SG staff.
Key accountabilities
- Provide administrative support for all academic sponsorship, training sponsorship, management programmes
- Collate nomination for shortlisting of qualified staff and coordinate interviews
- Collaborate with education institutions on application and other matters
- Prepare the necessary agreements and process any payment, if required
- Ensure all required documents are in place for each successful application
- Compute the liquidated damages for breaking of bonds
- Maintain all databases and Pfiles
- Monitor the central pool of training budgets
- Work with internal stakeholders such as HR and Finance, external stakeholders such as training vendors
- Generate reports and provide logistic support such as room booking, set-up and preparation of materials as required
- Other duties as and when required
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experiences in education or training industry
- Preferably with good knowledge of SSG, MOM and MOH regulations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in office management software (MS Office)
- Customer-orientated, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
