Job Description:
· Handle sales enquiries and order processing
· Provide administrative support to ensure operation efficiency of office
· Attend to customer enquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and customer invoicing
· Maintain good relationships and rapports with customers and buyers via email and telephone
· Maintain a well-organized record of customer database

· Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirement:
· Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/ NITEC, Diploma, Degree in any field
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Service oriented and ability to work in a team with good communication skills.
· Working Location: 60 Benoi Road (Beside Joo Koon MRT)
· Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
· Alternate Sat - 8.30 am to 12.30pm (consider as overtime)
