Main Responsibilities:
- Client liaison for project delivery
- Coordinate layout, M&E plans, and visuals, prepare quotes to clients
- Manage plan submissions to authorities and arrange inspections for projects
- Coordinate with internal teams (Designers, Surveyors, Construction)
- Supervise project works, conduct site inspections and meetings
- Maintain documentation and chair site meetings
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years in corporate office interior design & build project management
- Recognized qualification in interior design, architecture, or equivalent
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and knowledge of regulations
- Experience in managing multiple projects within tight deadlines
- Strong project, presentation, leadership, and people management skills
- Self-motivated with professionalism and integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
