WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role will be reporting to the Senior Director, GPS APAC based in Singapore and represent the APAC team. The role will work closely with the members of the GPS APAC Leadership team, members of the broader GPS teams, key country stakeholders, teammates in the GPS locations around world and engagements across Nike’s global functions such as Procurement, Communications and Technology. This role will partner with a large, diverse team of Nike employees both in person and remote, as well as engagements with outside suppliers and vendors.

The candidate needs:
- 3+ years of supporting experience with regional/international exposure with diploma or degree in Business administration or other relevant degree
- Strong interpersonal and highly developed communication skills in verbal/written and collaboration skills to engage with user groups and to build networks with GPS and other key Nike partners.
- A proven track record of collaborating and influencing in a highly matrixed organization across a variety of internal and external suppliers as well as cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Proficient in the MS Office.
- Always maintain the strictest confidentiality on all matters
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the Administrative Assistant, GPS APAC, you will work closely with Nike teammates across the region. While creating and maintaining relationships with Nike business, you will be responsible for coordinating APAC administrative engagement planning across the APAC teams, guiding and supporting GPS country leads for effective administrative communication. You will act as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and queries as well as liaising with stakeholders, vendors and clients.
Your accountabilities and tasks will include, but not limited to:
- Support the leader day-to-day activities to ensure their team success.
- Assess priorities of work and assist in organizing the leader priorities and complete other work tasks as arranged by the leader.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, with access to shared calendars.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport & accommodation and collating/ filing expenses.
- Managing databases and platforms, compiling and preparing reports, and correspondence.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems.
Presentations:
- Utilizes computer skills to create high quality graphic and text presentations often under tight timeframes. Interprets needs, determines and produces effective presentation layout, and organizes final documents.
- Prepares special reports requiring the selection of relevant information from a variety of sources and maintains and updates on-going reports or databases.
