Job Summary:


Provide top-notch service to our guests, ensuring a memorable stay. Assist with guest inquiries, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote hotel services.


Responsibilities:


- Deliver high-quality service consistently

- Gather guest feedback and suggest operational improvements

- Resolve guest complaints efficiently

- Find solutions to problems and communicate effectively

- Maximize room occupancy with up-selling techniques

- Monitor Front Office team performance and service quality

- Maintain strong departmental relationships

- Assist in emergency handling and hotel operations


Requirements:


- 1+ year of hospitality experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of hotel operations and systems

- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
