Operation Assistant

Job Description: 100% work from office, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM. Handles daily operation work such as replying emails, provide quotation, arrange logistics for local and international deliveries, assist in QC related, packaging, anything related to business operation including some online marketing activities when time permits.


Requirements/Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years experience in handing operation work is welcome to apply

2. Good command of English in both verbal and written

3. Knowledge in XERO accounting software is added advantage and preferred

4. Any qualitification/knowledge/experience in enginnering and in AM industrial is added advantage

5. Must be able to work in the office from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM

6. Good communication skills

7. Good team player as need to work closely with the production manager

8. Being reponsive to work whatsapp messages especially during office hours

9. Must be computer literate, know how to use Microsoft Office Software is a must.


Work Environment: Must be able to work independently and self motivating. Report to Managing Director directly.
