Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for Government agencies queries on Whole-of-Government and GovTechs contracts, escalating complex issues to the procurement manager
- Assist the procurement manager in project coordination, including timeline management, stakeholder communication and addressing customer queries related to ongoing ICT tender projects
- Manage the life cycle of support tickets from creation to closure, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation when required.
- Generate and analyse dashboard reports on key performance indicators, providing insights to management on trends and areas for improvement
- Compile, collate and cleanse reports from various sources (e.g. IT Service Management portal, GeBIZ, forms, spreadsheet, etc) to support informed decision-making and reconciliation of information
- Provide administrative support for assigned projects such as collating, validating and tracking information from suppliers
- Support the procurement manager in identifying potential value creation opportunities and process improvements within the ICT procurement operations
- Manage the annual system polls, respond to agencies queries, and analyse the returns submitted by Government agencies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of procurement documentation, while staying updated on ICT industry trends and Government procurement regulations
- Other admin and support activities required from time to time.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint is required
- Familiarity with tech stacks such as SharePoint, .NET, Java, and Salesforce is essential.
- Knowledge of basic coding (e.g., macros, Visual Basic) and experience with data visualization tools will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to compile, cleanse, and manage data from various sources (e.g., IT Service Management portals, GeBIZ, spreadsheets).
- Effective communication skills to assist in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and handling customer queries.
- Experience in generating and analyzing reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Knowledge of ICT procurement processes and Government procurement regulations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks within tight timelines.
- Experience or knowledge of supporting large-scale systems within Government agencies is a plus.
