Job Description
- Drawings of site plan, CAD layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings with material specifications and other design documentation
- Presentation drawings and models
- Technical Drawing Creation: Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using CAD software.
Produce construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details. - Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand the project requirements.
Revise drawings based on feedback from team members and clients. - Compliance and Standards: Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Stay updated on changes to building regulations and practices. - Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and project documents.
- As-built drawings for building projects in compliance with the relevant authorities' guidelines
- Supporting the duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good in AutoCAD
- Well-versed in construction detailing / building regulations.
- Familiarity with various building types and construction methods.
