Our client is a global insurance firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure prompt delivery and implementation of projects while maintaining quality.
- Engage with stakeholders to propose and document solutions that meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with team leads to adhere to project timelines.
- Translate business requirements into test scenarios for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Execute UAT, document results, and track outstanding defects for timely resolution.
- Prepare training guides, train stakeholders, and perform post-deployment system verification.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome, with a diploma/degree or equivalent qualifications. Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
- Initiative-driven with a strong focus on delivery and results.
- Team player capable of working independently when needed.
- Meticulous with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal skills.
