Part-Time Research Assistant Wanted – Immediate Start!
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Part-Time Research Assistant to support several ongoing research projects on a part-time, project-based basis. If you have a passion for research and possess the following skills, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
· Develop theory-grounded survey questionnaires
· Conduct quantitative data analysis, with a focus on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS
· Write up SEM results and provide clear, insightful interpretations
· Perform data analysis using SPSS and create comprehensive SPSS results write-ups
· Work with Qualtrics to create surveys, extract and prepare data for analysis
· Conduct in-depth and comprehensive literature reviews
Requirements
· Proficiency in SmartPLS and SPSS is essential
· Experience in developing research surveys on Qualtrics
· Strong analytical and report-writing skills
· Prior experience in conducting literature reviews and synthesizing academic sources
