- Assist on construction processes with project director and manager
- Supervise sub-cons and workers, ensure that work done are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
- Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
- Ensure all work done is carried out as per construction drawings
- Attend the daily tool-box meeting, inspections and convey clear instruction accordingly
- BCSS required
- Able to work well with foreign workers from Myanmar & Bangladesh
- Able to speak in English
- Problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple task
