- To ensure that the Contractor co-ordinates the work of various contractors.
- To agree to detailed programmes of work-time chart and representation on site plans.
- To check that all necessary drawings and instruction have been given to contractors and authorization obtained, in accordance with the agreed programme.
- To check that materials are ordered in good time and permits obtained.
- Check that all constructions works are carried out in a safe manner, and that the site is kept secure.
- To watch for faulty workmanship and materials incorporated in the works and to issue instructions for rectification.
- To check line and level and layout of structure during erection and that intentions of “contract” drawings are adhered to.
- To check structural slab, beam and column sizes and reinforcements placed and that intent of design details are followed.
- To keep a record of all measurements and tests and to bring plans into conformity with the work actually executed.
Requirement
- Preferably with past experiences supervising long span steel structures and steel pedestrian bridges
- Able to start work by end Nov 2024
- Contract duration 3-4 months
