Job Description.
To support the implementation of the Group's overall human resources strategy in support of the Company's business objectives and growth plans.
Implementing talent recruitment and team building to ensure that the right people are attracted and selected, while optimizing recruitment channels and methods.
Promote branch office registration, employee visa and other administrative work.
Responsible for overall human resources management including employee performance management, training and development, employee relations and compensation and benefits.
Promote the landing and implementation of the Group's human resources system, process and system.
Work closely with business teams to provide HR related consulting and solutions.
Job Requirements.
Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of HR related work experience, preferably in the Internet and financial industries;
Specialized in recruitment and overall manpower management, with strong executive and professional skills.
Familiar with Singapore's labor laws and related compliance, knowledge and competence in human resources, and familiarity with human resources management processes.
