Sales & Service Engineer Lead

You will establish and deepen relationships with new and existing customers and will be expected to lead the team and promote service contracts to achieve annual sales target.

You are responsible for driving Company sales and coordinating all technical, after service sales and administrative support activities.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handles after sales enquiries, maintenance contracts, preparation of quotation, negotiation and all other follow up actions as required.
  • Proactively engaging with customer on service sales and technical query to assist sales team to achieve sales growth target and maintain good relationship with clients.
  • Provides technical supports during site installation, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning and schedule preventive maintenance.
  • Manage day to day customer’s escalations and resolutions, ensuring all customer issues are resolved timely and meeting service SLA (Service level Agreement).
  • Manage and communicate with the manufacturers on product complaints, and handle RMA issues.
  • Provide sales & operational /logistic department in delivery at times and technical support in Company event/exhibition/ meeting.
  • Provide internal/external training for doctors, nurses and BMEs.
  • Support sales with technical knowledge, service contract pricing and necessary information during tender project and contracts.

Qualification and working experience:

  • Min Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic) or equivalent. Strong electrical or electronics engineering fundamental knowledge. Knowledge on theory, structure, application, testing methodology and component fault diagnosis/analysis will be added advantage ( preferably in medical field);
  • Willing to go Overseas Training Bonds.
  • Hands-on experience in healthcare will be an advantage.
  • Manager role must have 8 years experience.
  • Effective spoken and written communication in English.
  • Ability to use MS Outlook and Excel is a must.
  • Ability to handle stressful and fast paced environment and good communication with fellow colleagues and clients.
  • Strong self-discipline with initiative and learning spirit with positive attitude, team work and responsibility.
