Job Description:
• Lead a team of technicians for aircon facilities related activities.
• Advise and lead the technical investigations for rectification works.
• Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.
• Investigate, analyse and determine the root cause for breakdowns and faults.
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
• Carry out any ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
• Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works.
• Any other ad-hoc work as assigned from time to time.
Responsibilities - ACMV:
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures
• Provide technical advice and assistance to field technicians on all maintenance functions
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate superior
Requirements:
• Experience in both ACMV and Chillers - 3 Years
• Experience in Air-con repair and maintenance or in HVAC industries is a plus, but not necessary
• Background in Refrigeration/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is a plus
• Understanding of principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short notice
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
• A good team player and displays positive attitude towards works and has an open mind towards opinion.
