Role and Responsibilities
- Ability to lead the Project Team to achieve excellence in the project.
- Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
- Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Monitor project delivery quality to ensure they meet project requirements and regulations.
- Implement control measures for material/plant & equipment/utility usage.
- Supervise daily site activities.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering
- Completed 2 Projects as Project Manager in Residental Condo, Residential Development
- Minimum 5 years and above of project management experience with private large-scale construction.
- Computer skills- Using Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word & PowerPoint, etc.
- Certificate of Project Manager
