Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager/Manager – Operations (Automotive Logistics) to manage operations in Cogent Automotive Logistics Pte Ltd. This position is suitable for someone with strong automotive logistics experience, a rich client base, and the readiness to lead the business unit to greater heights.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the General Manager and assist in managing the automotive logistics business within the company.
- Responsible for the P&L of the company.
- Manage and improve the productivity and efficiency of the company.
- Maintain strong customer relationships with existing and new clients.
- Work to meet customers' requirements.
- Retain current customers while actively identifying and pursuing new and related business opportunities for the company.
- Review pricing policies to ensure competitiveness and recommend changes as needed.
- Manage RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and tenders.
- Provide market feedback through close liaison with customers.
- Comply with all scopes and KPIs stipulated in customer contracts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automotive logistics.
- Ability to lead a team to achieve business goals.
- Strong communication skills with customers and staff at all levels.
- Committed and target-oriented.
