Job Responsibilities
- Under general supervision: Plan, organize, coordinate and controls projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by Client
- Responsible for day to day contact and communication with the Client, focusing on providing client satisfaction
- Possess knowledge of Oil & Gas design and engineering in the offshore industry
- Supervise personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders
- May also serve as the proposal manager of medium-sized projects
- The Job role has some budgetary accountabilities
- Manage internal and external project interfaces
- Responsible for delivery of project deliverables in accordance with the project schedule, including early identification and resolution of problems that may impact progress
- Support the Management of Change process on the project, including the development of discreet schedules and budgets
- Support the identification and management of risk on the project, including development of mitigation measures to remove and/or control residual risk
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of experience
- Experience with Oil & Gas engineering company doing Onshore and Offshore projects
- Experience in coordinating and focal point for Mechanical Equipment procurement including but not limited to bid clarification meetings, procurement status reviews, kick-off meetings and liaison with mechanical package engineers and Client engineers
- Knowledge of multi discipline execution of Offshore projects
- Knowledge of 3D CAD and other Engineering and Design Tools, including Intelligent PIDs, SPI, SPE and Navisworks
- Knowledge of Digital delivery of projects is preferred
