Responsible for business development, managing key accounts, sales and marketing, including performing market research, prospecting, developing relationships with potential and existing clients and meeting sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and manage end-to-end sales processes.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and revenue optimization.
- Possessing a strong understanding of the Company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Track and report on the performance of business development activities.
- Additional duties & responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Passion for building portfolio, desire to win, curiosity to examine ways to drive successful wanted solutions to customer.
