RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handle AP of accounts including data entry into the accounting system.
· AP duties include verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents and issuing payments.
· Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and processes for accounting & finance functions.
. Verify and manage payment requests, ensuring timely payments for institutions according to the agreed schedule.
· Liaising with Operations and external vendors on key accounting-related matters.
· Cross-functional support on ad-hoc reports and/or accounting matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Professional qualifications, Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
· 3-5 Years of Experience.
· Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with construction accounts management is a plus
· 5 days work week
