Job Description
- To be overall in-charge of facility maintenance team
- To ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet compliance standards and government regulations
- To create & implement a systematic preventative/proactive maintenance schedule for the facility
- To plan for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
- Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments and building projects
- To ensure proper record & accounting of all maintenance systems, methods & inventory of tools.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in facility management/maintenance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety requirements
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
