Job Responsibilities
Operation Management:
- Supervise the daily operation of KTV and ensure the smooth operation of various departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Manage and optimize supply chain and inventory to ensure sufficient equipment and materials.
Customer Service:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints and suggestions.
- Develop customer service standards and train employees to ensure high-quality service.
Employee Management:
- Recruit, train and manage employees, motivate employees to improve work efficiency and service quality.
- Develop employee assessment and reward system to maintain team morale
Financial Management:
- Responsible for formulating and managing budgets, controlling costs and improving profitability.
- Review financial statements, monitor financial performance and ensure financial health.
Marketing:
- Analyze market trends and competitors and adjust business strategies
Business Development:
- Explore new business opportunities and develop new service items or products.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers, partners and other stakeholders.
