- Responsible for the day-to-day facilities management service to our client, managing premises that focus mostly on outdoor recreation activities.
- Develop and maintain partnership with the client, main contractors and / or vendors. You shall be responsible for the management of facilities services to our client.
- Recommend and implement improvement works at the client’s premises to meet service standards.
- Facilitate and ensure contractors/vendors complete repair and maintenance work to required timelines and standards.
- Any other duties are assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum diploma/bachelor's degree qualified preferably in a Facilities Management or Building Services or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Possess Fire Safety Manager certification and CERT is an added advantage.
- Having a class 3 driving licenses will be an added advantage.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
