Summary
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specification
- Evaluate current business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions to streamline operations
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and understanding of business needs.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, creating reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to provide insights into business performance.
- Work closely with development teams to design and validate solutions that meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with system capabilities and business requirements.
- Participate in the creation and execution of test plans, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and are free of defects.
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and project goals.
- Prepare detailed documentation including business cases, use cases, workflows, and process maps to ensure clear communication of requirements and solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
- Financial services industry experience in Asset Management is preferred.
- Possess working experience as a senior/lead business analyst for analytics projects in Asset Management.
