Responsibilities:
· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
· Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management or team.
· Manage general correspondences (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
· Support office management for the wellbeing of employees
· Manage claim verifications and submission of company expenses.
· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
· Submit timely meeting minutes, reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
· Validating licensing such as vehicle, road tax, Telco plan renewal etc.
· Help schedule and manage appointments by following up with gentle reminders to clients.
· Maximize opportunities for the sales team to achieve sales target and facilitate future sales.
· Perform simple data-entry.
· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration
· Must have knowledge of general office procedures (e.g. filing, correspondence, scheduling, expenses, calendar management)
· Ability to work independently, meticulous and organized
· Strong interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication skills to build relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
· Preferable bilingual.
