JOB RESPONSIBILITES
* Responsible for Design and Project management
* Responsible for handling client and consultant, coordinate with consultants, client, and authorities for design matters.
* Assist in project planning, programming, implementation, monitoring, and coordination including quality, construction and cost management
* Oversee the shop drawings submissions and issuance, planning and control delivery of design schedule, monitoring the progress. Ensure projects are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and standards, schedule and budget.
* Internal coordination with the construction and other departmental teams for their requirements, provisions.
* Participate in technical discussions with Japanese clients & suppliers
* To prepare schematic drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings
* To calculate and perform cost estimation for HVAC system
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines from recognised institutions
* Min 10 years working experience in HVAC design for Industrial Project
* Should have hand-on experience in Auto CAD, REVIT, MS-Office
* Must be able to converse in Japanese
