About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong background in IoT technologies and deep expertise in LoRaWAN.
This role will require the ability to manage highly complex technical projects, guide cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively bilingual preferably in both English and French, you will be expected to work with customers based in FRANCE. You will play a key role in driving strategic IoT initiatives, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering impactful solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact IoT projects with a focus on LoRaWAN.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, product managers, and external partners, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, providing expertise on IoT architectures, protocols, and especially LoRaWAN deployments.
- Oversee project documentation, technical specifications, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with best practices.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand their needs, define project objectives, and deliver tailored IoT solutions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and French with global teams and clients.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the IoT industry.
- Deep expertise in LoRaWAN technology and its ecosystem (gateways, sensors, network servers, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of other IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure IoT, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale IoT projects from concept to deployment.
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) is essential, this role requires working with clients in France.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications).
