JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
- Manage inbound customer orders, queries, and complaints via hotline.
- Document customer interactions.
- Resolve issues according to procedures, escalating when necessary.
- Provide feedback on improvement areas based on customer issues.
- Stay updated on processes, products, and pricing.
- Collaborate with operations teams for issue resolution.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
WORKING HOURS:
- Office Hours Monday - Friday only
