Works closely with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to ensure effective management of daily operations, oversee successful transitions and transformations, ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement and SLOs, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Job Scope:
Day-to-Day Operations Management:
Oversee and manage daily operations across Production, QA/Test, and Sandbox/Development environments. Ensure server health, network performance, and system administration tasks are completed efficiently. Handle incident and problem management, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
Transition and Transformation Execution:
Develop and implement plans for transitioning infrastructure components from development to production. Lead and execute transformation initiatives to enhance infrastructure services and align with best practices.
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure adherence to security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support and enhance compliance platforms for vulnerability management, log management, and overall governance.
Cloud Infrastructure Enablement:
Facilitate onboarding of new services and tenants into the compliance platform. Manage the Infrastructure Service Desk and Help Desk to address user support needs and queries.
Continuous Improvement and Optimization:
Drive continuous improvement efforts and operational excellence initiatives.
Monitor and optimize performance to meet SLAs and KPIs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain and update documentation for operational procedures, system configurations, and transition plans.
Generate and provide regular reports on operational performance, incidents, and compliance status.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with Authority representatives, project teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors involved in infrastructure operations and transformation.
Skillset Requirements:
- AWS administration proficiency
