- Salary: Up $4000
- Working Day: Monday - Friday
- Working Time: 8am – 5.15pm/8.30am – 5.45pm / 9am – 6.15pm (Mon-Fri) - Flexi Timing
- Working Location: Taiseng (walking distance from MRT)
Job Description:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including AP & AR functions
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes i.e. ASN FRT and MIS, ensuring financial statements reflect accurate inventory data.
- Conduct regular inventory audits
- Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
- Analyse inventory data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving inventory management practices.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports
- Monitor and report on key inventory metrics, including stock levels, turnover rates, and valuation accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and confirm inventory records
- Work closely with accounts and internal audit Manager
