JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Executes strategic plans for the Marketing critical to the success of the company and to achieve maximum brand awareness while meeting sales targets throughout the year, as well as support the omni-channels of the business.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content.
  • Develop and lead membership drives, plan member events and create and implement strategies to expand base and/or engage with existing members.
  • Manage operational needs for membership which includes customer service and fulfilment of membership orders.
  • Regularly review workflow and internal processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Build sustainable relationships with other key players such as suppliers, media agencies and create partnerships to ensure effective campaigns.
  • Produce reports and constructive analysis to the management.
  • Implement the calendar of activities across all online and social media channels to lead traffic to business, drive conversion, customer retention and increase transacted basket size.
  • Liaise with and manage external digital agencies, partners and vendors to ensure successful execution of digital marketing activities.
  • Drive and lead the team and ensure strategies are implemented well to achieve the corporate objectives.
  • Kept abreast of the consumer landscape and market trends, to devise and execute a broad range of marketing and communication channels including conducting market research to determine market requirements when necessary.
  • Identify cost efficiencies and optimizing Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing actions by measuring marketing activities.
  • Work closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are well planned and executed to support the business goals.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in brand management or marketing communication, preferably from FMCG or fast-paced retail environment.
  • Digital and social media savvy.
  • Experience in managing advertising agencies, printers, event agencies and third-party vendors.
  • Able to work independently and lead the team on marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
