JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing data-driven solutions to support financial reporting, management reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Gather and understand Business requirements for data analysis and reporting.
- Extract and analyze business data from various sources including financial and CRM.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports and visualization using tools like SQL, Power BI or Tableau.
- Reviews and analyzes key business metrics to devise plans for improvement, then communicates these findings and plans to key stakeholders in the organization.
- Extract and transform data from various sources to create clean and reliable datasets for analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, KPIs and data visualizations.
- Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting data quality checks and validations.
- Optimize visualization tools’ reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or any related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, or business analysis, preferably from FMCG or fast pace retail environment.
- The role requires a combination of technical expertise and solid grasp of business acumen.
- Expertise in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau, Power BI is essential.
- Support and ensure effectiveness of day-to-day operations and attention to detail.
- Desire to continue growing creatively; highly motivated to seek out new solutions and learning experiences.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong analytical skill as he / she is expected to perform substantial analysis and reports.
- Meticulous, responsible and matured individual with strong inter-personal skills.
