- Handling of complex business problems and proactively working with peers to resolve issues, designing and implementing quality solutions, providing input on the strategy to project team members and solution architects.
- Research, plan, design, test, troubleshoot, and support enterprise-class, mission-critical systems.
- Defining scope and benefits, gathering requirements and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements.
- Liaising with end-users and process owners to understand detailed business requirements.
- Communicating the business requirements to the Technical Team.
- Working together with the Technical Team to design, build and test the system according to the business requirements.
- Create a test script and expected results to validate the system.
- Validating system deployments and configuration, validate system-generated data with existing reports.
- Train the end-users to fluently use the system.
- Having knowledge in the Singapore energy market is a plus.
