Integrated Wellness Centre

The Integrated Wellness Centre (IWC) is a Collective Impact Project that aims to create an inclusive, safe, and youth-centric wellness space. With the commitment of stakeholders from the people-public-private sectors (3P), the IWC is designed to break the barriers of help-seeking, improve youth’s quality-of-life, mental health, and well-being. The IWC adopts a hybrid model, where the physical shopfront will be complemented with digital outreach, support and resources. It will provide a one-stop space with robust wellness activities and mental health services to engage and support youths and their caregivers.


As the appointed backbone agency, SHINE is responsible for convening, facilitating and engaging stakeholders within the Collective working on the IWC. Be part of the team working alongside the Collective’s Steering Committee to 1) guide the vision and strategic direction of the IWC and 2) coordinate the efforts of partners and stakeholders to curate enterprising and engaging activities and integrate services and initiatives for the project.


As the Social Media Executive of the SHINE and the IWC, he/she is responsible for the following roles:


1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies


· Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote SHINE and the IWC’s programmes, events and services.

· Identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.

· Monitor and analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed to ensure the efficacy of the marketing plans.


2. Brand Management


· Enhance and maintain the brand image and reputation of SHINE and the IWC.

· Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials and platforms.

· Further develop and strengthen the IWC’s brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity.


3. Content Management


· Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content across various platforms, including the Collective’s website, social media platforms, e-newsletters, and press releases.

· Manage SHINE and IWC social media accounts

· Foster a strong community presence by engaging with followers, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.

· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the successful execution and production of content. This includes working with SHINE staff team and partners of the IWC to gather content and stories that highlight impact.


Personnel Specification


Technical Competencies:


- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

- Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience (Candidates would be considered at Executive or Senior Executive level depending on work experience)

- Strong understanding of the digital landscape, with knowledge in digital marketing, social media, and content management.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Work Requirements:

- Staff will be required to work on weekends when events are scheduled.
