The on-site Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the organization. This position involves collaborating closely with hiring managers/HRBP to understand their staffing needs and ensure that the best candidates are sourced and screened.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms, networking to identity potential candidates.
- Conduct and arrange interviews to evaluate candidate’s qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports for management on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong focus in LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding recruitment processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiples priorities.
