Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations) and external parties (clients) to facilitate smooth contract execution
- Review and negotiate contracts, including subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Coordinate with project team and procurement team to streamline contract processes and mitigate risks
- Manage contract administration processes from inception to completion, tracking milestones and deliverables
- Monitor contract performance and enforce compliance with terms and conditions, addressing deviations and disputes as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law with experience as an in-house counsel, preferably with a focus on construction law
- Knowledge of construction law will be an asset
- Good command of English (written & spoken)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Organized, meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiar with local projects contract administration and planning
- Proficient in MS Office applications
