Job Summary:
We are a young organisation looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist cum Digital Marketer to join our small but growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads for our business while driving marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The role demands a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution of lead generation and digital marketing strategies to boost company visibility and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential leads through various channels (email, social media, web, etc.).
- Develop and manage strategies to capture new leads from paid and organic channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and lead databases to capture and nurture potential leads.
- Cold calling and reaching out to new customers
- Follow up with leads to maintain the sales funnel and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned when required
Digital Marketing:
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, and other channels.
- Optimize campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with team to produce SEO-optimized content and lead generation assets (blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, etc.).
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive lead conversions.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, make data-driven decisions, and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Marketing:
- Build and manage marketing campaigns to nurture leads and move them through the funnel.
- Collaborate on content development, ensuring it aligns with lead generation goals and enhances brand presence.
- Implement A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for both lead generation and marketing campaigns.
- Provide recommendations to optimize lead generation tactics and improve overall marketing efforts.
- Maintain a well-organized CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper segmentation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), and lead generation tools.
- Experience in SEO/SEM and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) and data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or related digital marketing platforms is a plus.
