Marketing Manager


Role Overview:

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing initiatives. This versatile position covers a wide range of responsibilities, from digital marketing and campaign management to managing our social media presence and creating compelling demo tools. Additionally, you will be instrumental in organizing and executing events to drive brand awareness and generate leads.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing: Manage the company's entire digital presence, including the website and social media channels. Lead digital campaigns across various channels.
  • Lead Tracking and Management: Implement strategies to capture, nurture, and convert leads.
  • Event Management: Organize and coordinate company events, webinars, trade shows, and sponsorships.
  • Demo Tool Creation: Collaborate with product and sales teams to create impactful demo tools and presentations.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, analyze trends, and optimize marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with online campaign tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
