About the team
Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, workplace service, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of data products related to manpower and management, providing the company with data-related products, and supporting management decisions through data insights;
2. Responsible for the implementation of data products, including data warehouse model design, data portal, data visualization, data permissions, operational systems and so on;
3. Coordinate and promote collaboration between the Product & Technology teams and other team resources to ensure the successful implementation of data product solutions and progress of the project.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related majors;
2. Strong cross-functional team communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Familiar with Human Resources and Management related businesses.
