Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the issuance of insurance policies and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of issued policies, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Process incoming insurance applications in a timely manner.
  • Provide updates and case management support to underwriters.
  • Assist in tracking and managing cases from application to policy issuance.
  • Prepare and issue invoices for policyholders.
  • Handle the preparation of credit notes when necessary, ensuring financial accuracy.
