Operations Manager (F&B)

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Strategic Planning:

  • Responsible for the financial performance of at least two brands, including profit and loss management and the implementation of effective cost control measures.
  • Manage the budget and forecasts for the brands to meet or exceed management expectations.
  • Develop and recommend business marketing plans aimed at increasing sales.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the opening of new outlets.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of at least two brands.
  • Maintain and enhance the overall performance of the brands through regular cost analysis and process monitoring.
  • Supervise food and operational safety to ensure a welcoming environment for patrons.
  • Drive operational efficiencies by providing leadership that supports the organization’s service culture and maximizes customer satisfaction.
  • Establish operational procedures and standards to ensure service quality and full compliance with the organization’s SOPs, policies, and service standards.
  • Maintain product and service quality standards through ongoing evaluations, complaint investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Supervise and develop a team of area managers, restaurant managers, supervisors, and service staff to ensure optimal manpower utilization.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the General Manager, Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in profit and loss management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
